I%26#39;m going to Tours in September, and i don%26#39;t know if i rent a car or use excursion of the region. Please answer.

by car for sure , there are many little lovely little places, vouvray is relaly nice and ther are all in short distance, winnerys, riverside pplaces for rest... so to rent a car is really worthy
excursions takes you running all over, about budget car rentals im afraid they are all alike the difference could be in how much days you rent it
