I dont know if i am posting in the right place here, but is anyone familar with the Paris Eiffel Hilton?? I read two reviews saying that they recieved complimentary bottles of champagne on their arrival? I am wandering if their is any chance i could get something like this....pushing it i know. I have just booked 1night(full rate and using my HH No. when booking) at the Paris Hilton and it is a surprise for my girlfriend, it would be great if we could have something like this on arrival but ever the moneysaver i am andering if e could get this for free of cheap.
Any ideas....i know its a long shot but its worth a try.
We also wouldnt say no to an upgrade if its at all possibile. It is a deluxe room we have booked so im not sure if they can really upgrade anyway. I know its a long-shot but its a special occasion and money is tight for us young-ones :-)
Any advice/tips be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Hi pbright, I suggest you consider posting a new thread under the heading %26quot;Paris Eiffel Hilton%26quot; as people are likely to think you are speaking about the Hilton Paris - super expensive - and not that many can afford it or would be able to say anything about it. In the meantime, if you would like to check the search machine at the top of the Paris forum for %26quot;Paris Eiffel Hilton%26quot; you will find it has been discussed on the forum as it is considerably more reasonably priced.

I feel relieved. I thought you were talking about you-know-who.
|||
You don%26#39;t mean Paris %26quot;video%26quot; Hilton by any chance, Shoesy?
|||
Shoesy, that is probably another reason that the original poster hasn%26#39;t had much feedback - people think it is about that person.
|||
Yes it is the Paris eiffel Hilton. However it is calle the Paris Hilton by brouchures etc
|||
I was certain this was about the Hilton heiress. Yikes.
|||
Well, I guess that we%26#39;re all glad that it isn%26#39;t about THE Paris (Who is she engaged to this month?) Hilton. She gives the beautiful city a bad name.

Anybody and comments/advice/opiniosn on my original thread????
:-)
Im sorry for posting thids, i should have mentioned it was the eiffel Hilton...
|||
But this IS about the Hilton Paris, correct? There is no %26quot;Hilton Eiffel Paris%26quot; or whatever the suggestion was for the thread. But like everyone else, I think of that wacko when I see %26quot;Paris Hilton%26quot; instead of the hotel...
To answer the question...the reviews you see for the hotel where people are getting free champagne are usually those HiltonHonors members with %26quot;elite status%26quot;. If you%26#39;re a %26quot;Diamond%26quot; level, for example, the hotel is expected to give you a welcoming gift when you check in. Which, apprently, at the Hilton Paris, is a bottle of champagne.
Asking for an upgrade, sure why not? The worst they can do is say %26quot;no%26quot;. Asking for a %26quot;free%26quot; bottle of champagne? Probably not.
(Only difference might be if this is a honeymoon or anniversary trip, in which case it never hurts to email or write the manager of the hotel and ask if they can arrange anything %26quot;special%26quot;)

Thanks Irishfan,
No sadly i am not a diamond member. I did however pay a very expensive rate for the room through hilton reservations worldwide(£250 for 1night in a deluxe twin)...i wander if they would take this into account. Ill try emailing the manger(how would i do this) and say its a special occasion and see if they could maybe do something....its a long shot yes, but time i have...money i dont :-)
Thanks again.
