Calvi and Propriano

I wish to have a few days in a hotel, with a swimming pool within walking distance of the centre of Calvi. Then a few days at Dominnique Colonna in Corte (that i have visited before). Followed by a week self catering with a pool (preferably a private pool) within walking distance of the centre of Propriano.

Any recommendations?

If possible I would like to book this as a package - can anyone recommend a company that would offer this?

I am booked in for a week in Porto Vecchio, but we are looking to book 3 nights in Propriano and 3 nights in Calvi....can anyone shed some light on the types of places these are??

we are a mid 20%26#39;s couple still interested in nightlife/bars etc but also beaches....

have i picked the right %26#39;other%26#39; 2 locations??

Yep - Calvi and Propriano are the resorts that are most nightlife-friendly, although it%26#39;s more restaurants/bars/boulevard life than hardcore clubbing.

In Calvi the hotel I%26#39;d commend would be the St Erasme which is around 10 minutes downhill walk to the town (15 minutes uphill back!). Others sing praises of the St Christophe but we%26#39;ve never been there. Not sure about villas actually in or close to Propriano, most are on the North side of the bay, but the tour operators would be able to help you.

See the ones mentioned in the Where to Stay thread. They%26#39;re all mellow people who love the island and are more than happy to help.

And since we%26#39;ll be trying the Dominique Colonna (2nd half July), it%26#39;s nice to hear it merits a return visit!
