We will be going to London this summer, and will take the Eurostar to Paris for 1 1/2 days in Paris. We will be coming into the Gare du Nord. We want to see the Eiffel Tower, take a trip down the Seine, and go to the Louvre.
Which hotel would be condusive to these sights? It is for me, my husband and 8 year old son. We want a hotel with air conditioning, and not more than $300 US dollars for the night, or 235 euros.
Thanks in advance for all your expert advice...Dorrie

You have a healthy budget there and should be able to fine plenty of hotels under $300. I think a hotel in the 1st or 2nd arondissement (area) would suit you: sadly I have no personal experience of accommodation in these areas so hope the local experts can help there.
I can however recommend venere.com for loads of hotel information: it%26#39;s a start.
Good luck.
