San Martin di Loto before early morning car ferry from...

Does anyone know if it would be too inconvenient to stay in San Martin di Loto the night before catching an 8 am car ferry? We are looking at the Auberge San Martinu, or La Corniche. Is it important that one has a car park and the other doesn%26#39;t? I have no sense of how easy/secure parking is in this neck of the woods.

If we opt for Bastia proper, we%26#39;ll probably stay at the Hotel Centrale, maybe go out to San Martin for dinner.

Huddles, San Martino di Lota is north of Bastia on the Cap and the Port is in the City itself. Bastia can get congested on weekday mornings, and the port gets quite busy. However, if you are an early riser, are sure of your car%26#39;s reliability and leave plenty of time I would have thought you would be OK. My only suggestion would be that you work out the night before where you are heading in the port: sometimes there are a number of ferries in and you can waste precious minutes working out which boat to head for. Have a great holiday!
