We are celebrating a 50th birthday in Paris in July and have been recommended this restaurant (which is within the Hyatt Hotel Madeleine) as a good choice for a celebration meal.
The birthday is on a Sunday and we have been told that there is limited choice of restaurants open on Sunday evenings. I cannot find any information on the net and wondered if anyone could give me any advice.

We were staying there in November 2004 and faced much the same situation. It must have been a Sunday night as many places were closed, so we decided to eat there at the hotel. The meal was on par with a below average Outback Steakhouse dinner, but cost us about $200 U.S. We were expecting over-the-top Parisian culinary skills, but the food was poor. I hate to give such a bad review based on one experience, but that was my experience. Hope it helps. (Our stay at the hotel, however, was awesome. Certainly over and above the usual U.S. standards.)
