Les Invalides, where Nap is entombed - http://www.invalides.org/

Malmaison, where he lived - http://www.chateau-malmaison.fr/

Fontainebleau, where he abdicated the thrown - http://www.musee-chateau-fontainebleau.fr/

The Grand Trianon at Versailles - chateauversailles.fr/en/121_The_Grand_Triano…

There%26#39;s also a great museum at the top of the Arc de Triomphe, and a lot of people following Napoleonic history also go to Pere Lachaise to see the graves of the 12 Marshalls.

I%26#39;m sure there%26#39;s much more.

just out of pure curiosity, which hotel are you staying at? I stayed in that area once and was hoping you might provide a more updated hotel review when you get back.

For antique shops that carry Napolean-obilia you can visit the Antiquaires du Louvre, just across the street from the Louvre museum and the Village Swiss in the 7th (or maybe the 15th, as it is very near the border between the two arron).

There are also a couple of shops at the St Ouen flea market, marché Paul Bert.

My wife and I will be staying next weekend at the Westin Paris on rue de Castiglione (the old Intercontinental). The reviews on TA have been underwhelming, but since I%26#39;m a Starwood Platinum member, I%26#39;m getting the room for free. Thank goodness, apparently the prices for simple things like a cup of coffee are outrageous. I%26#39;ll post a review when we get back.
