can someone recommend me a nice, romantic restaurant for dinner, near the Le Grand?

It should have smoking area also (or better, a terrace, since we will be there at the end of July).

thank you

Some nice -a bit expensive choices- near Le Grand:

Les Muses:Scribe%26#39;s gastronomic restaurant, in elegant surroundings; some renowned chef%26#39;s have passed through its kitchen(eg. Meurice%26#39;s 2 michelin starred chef).

.Le Celadon:At the hotel Westminster another michelin starred restaurant

Pinxo:Alain Dutournier%26#39;s casual restaurant; fusion cuisine and modern decor.

A nice casual choice is Printemps top restaurant; it%26#39;s a member of Flo chain.

A good value establishment is Angl%26#39;Opera at the hotel Edouard VII

Le Grand itself has a great restaurant and a terrace.

Not too far, hotel Costes has a courtyard.

I also like le Carre des feuillants and Il Cortile (google it), I think it is on rue Cambon. Has a great outdoor dining area.

astille%26#39;s Il Cortile restaurant has a very nice terrace with tromp l%26#39;oeil murals, but quality has fallen the last couple of years; it%26#39;s still a nice restaurant with a michelin star but a bit overpriced.

I ate once at Cafe de la Paix and didnt like it that much, a very nice interior but inadequate service.

If you can affor sometimes Ritz%26#39;s courtyard is open too.
