Les Halles Citadines

I am wanting to book accomondation les Halles and if anyone has stayed there recently I was wondering if the rooms have modern furniture and furnishings. I went to a website somewhere and was sure the rooms and furnishings for theis location, looked old and they had their logo displayed across the pictures and made it had to see the pictures. Looked like they were tring to hide something. The Citadines website they looked okay. I am trying to decide on this location ,it seems the best. If no good my next choise is Citadines Bastille Marais or even Bastille nation. Hope someone can help. Aussie girl

I haven%26#39;t seen the rooms here, but the lobby was certainly impressive-very large and clean. It is in a fabulous location, very central to many sites, and I certainly wouldn%26#39;t hesitate to stay there. The person I was meeting there was happy with his room.

I%26#39;ve stayed there and the room was nice. If you%26#39;ve ever stayed in a Citadines, it%26#39;s exactly like all the others. One thing though, the neighborhood can be very noisy on Friday and Saturday nights when the weather is good.

WE stayed there 2 years ago. The lobby is indeed lovely. The staff is also very helpful. We had a room with windows opening onto the courtyard, therefore missed all the street noise. It is centrally located close to several metro stations, restaruants and food stores. The only thing was the sofa bed...we had a studio apartment, was a bit hard and had a sway in the middle (per my husband. But he adds that he slept on it.) The appliances/utensils/shower were very nice and new. The rest of the furniture was fine.

I don%26#39;t know your age, but if you%26#39;re 20 something, the area is great. As over-50%26#39;s, the abundance of youth converging into the area and covering all paths in the evenings was intimidating. And the area is a bit dicey at night. Since then, we have picked other areas of Paris to stay in.
