Anyone recommend a restaurant that serves pig trotter and similar foods?
thanks.

Au Pied de Cochon is the traditional answer, historic place, open all night. It was here that I learned there are 32 bones in a pig%26#39;s foot.
A more gourmet option would be Le Comptoir, where they have an entire page of pig parts. It is a very popular place. If you don%26#39;t have reservations, go for lunch when it is first come, first served.

Do you have the address or email for Le Comptoir?
thanks.

And absolutely delicious. I was eating dinner in Rennes at a restaurant named %26#39;Leon le cochon%26#39; and my dining companions recommended the dish which translated was %26#39;baby jesus in velvet panties%26#39; (don%26#39;t even ask how to say it in French but the word for panties was %26#39;culottes%26#39;. A pigs foot (trotter) with crispy surface over a layer of fat that melted like butter in your mouth, wrapped around pate.
I will now order pig trotter without fear.
