Faux...Hotel recommendation in Marais area

I am visiting my daughter, who lives in arrondissement 3, mid-july for a week and would appreciate recommendations of charming hotels in the 125-150E range. I wonder if my price range is realistic. Since i will be exploring on my own, which arrondissement can you suggest? Do you know Hotel de Lesperance, Hôtel Bourg Tibourg or Hotel Saint-Louis Bastille?

Nope, but if you do stay near Bourg Tibourg, it is a tiny street that doesn%26#39;t esactly intersect with Royal, but is behind a tiny park/outdoor restaurant area. It is quiet and has the best tea room and shop with hundreds and hundreds of tea: Mariage Freres 30 rue du Bourg-Tibourg, Paris 4e
