Hi all...I%26#39;m going on a trip to Paris in early July and I have no idea what to wear!! What%26#39;s the weather like during that time, and what do you all suggest I wear, since I have no idea what%26#39;s in fashion there, is it just the same as it is in the States ? I want to be fashionable, yet still comfortable to walk around all day (Jeans, a top, Converse sneakers alright?)

I have to %26quot;sigh%26quot; as I read this.....there are soooo many posts about what peoples opinions are about what to wear and what not to wear....just do a search and you will have enough opinions for hours of reading......just an FYI todays temperatures are 70degree%26#39;s and it%26#39;s only the beginning of June.....you can expect warm temperatures...the rest will be up to you and how you stand after you read the numerous posts on %26quot;what to wear%26quot;

Nindi ~%26gt; The best advice is not to wonder how others dress but to find out what the climate and temperature averages are like at that time of year in Paris. Than ask yourself what you would wear with respect to that knowledge that you have.
If we want to be fashionable in Paris than wear over one outfit and buy the rest there. Most of us will live with what we have and go to enjoy Paris. Are you going to fit in or to enjoy the city and what it has to offer.

Hi Ninid 18- I am no expert only being to Paris last June/July...but I found many of the women were much better dressed then I. They were all wearing the shirts/tanktops and sandels...no shorts/t-shirts like moi. You could definetley tell I was a tourist. I say wear your skirts and tanks and be comfortable and in style. Have a great time because no matter what anyone says Paris is like no other place on earth!

Nindi, the weather is beautiful that time of year and jeans, a top, and Converse sneakers are going to make you fit in. My godchild only wants me to buy jeans and converses for her this summer. Have a great time. Don%26#39;t forget some cute dresses.

If it is not too hot, then you will be right on target with jeans and converse.
If it heats up you will notice most girls getting out their skirts, because the humidity makes jeans in particular, and pants in general fairly unbearable.
High heeled espadrilles seem to be the MUST have fashion item for the season.
