We purchased 2 tickets for unlimited access on the Open Tour Bus and the Bato Bus. The cost was 35.00 Euros per person. The bus was no in synch with the audio tour. One of the head phones was not working in one ear and the other was crackling.
Went we got off the bus they said another bus would arrive in 15 minutes. There was no bus after 30 minutes.
We talked to others who took this bus tour and had similar issues.
We went back to the head office and told them of our experience, however, they were not concerned - there was not even a apology. So beaware of this bus tour company - their web site is:

What a shame you had such a bad experience. You also seemed to get a bit ripped off too, we paid 28 euros for a TWO day pass,( but it did not include the boat)
Our experience with it was fine, but, obviously yours sucked. It is so disappointing to get ripped off, and then have the company not even care!

Sorry to hear of your situation...we were just there a few weeks ago and did the same deal Open Tour/BatoBus Boat combined and were very successful. Guess our timing was just right. They%26#39;re suppose to be on a schedule, so not sure what happened to your bus. Wished the boat had run later, but it will be now for the summer season. I think the problem you had with the headphones was from placing it in the wrong plug....I did the same thing on one of the buses. Before I figured it out, I just chose to use one ear piece to listen to. However, ours was in synch with the route.
I highly recommend the deal, just because I didn%26#39;t want to spend time underground on the Metro the first couple of days....I wanted to familiarize myself with the sights and the layout of the city and it was a great way to get around for us. Especially, riding up and down the Seine a couple of times a day.
Ah Paris!
